Abstract.
The author considers the problems of contract standard form legal regulation, estimates the positive and negative aspects of its use, as well as the future prospects of its implementation, discusses the most problematic aspects of the interaction between parties in contract conclusion according to standard form proposed by an offerer, and makes recommendations on client's position defence.
