Abstract. The author considers the social-political problems, household-economical life features of Tobol'sk province Ishim district population during the Civil War basing on previously unstudied materials of regional periodical press, and emphasizes the moral-household aspects of behaviour and moral-legal changes under the conditions of acute social cataclysms.
