GENERAL PRINCIPLES OF CONDITIONAL NON-APPLICATION OF PUNISHMENT

Abstract. The author presents the conceptual regulations of the conditional non-application of criminal punishment, more specifically: formulates the general principles of the conditional non-application of punishment, determines the method of their legal registration; suggests new approach to understanding a guilty individual's personality and the character and degree of the social danger of crime commission, and substantiates the idea of probation period determination with the assumption of certain responsibilities to a convicted person as general principles.
