INDIRECT TARGETING IN SOCIAL REGULATION

Abstract.
The author analyzes the process of social activity development by means of identifying the features of its normative regulation mechanism evolution, in which, in turn, reveals the norms of indirect targeting implicitly influencing social actors' behaviour along with the norms of direct imperativity that determine the order of various subject areas functioning; refers to such norms, first of all, moral values and the principle of justice, which are able to form the optimal world outlook model of socium dynamics development while being within the system of social communication; and substantiates that this model is the basis for effective integration and the factor anticipating ethical utopianism manifestation.
