Abstract. The author considers the conception of execution culture as the independent sphere of cultural anthropology manifestations, discusses the role of ethic norms in execution labour development, at the same time reveals the objective conditions that form human execution culture, its essence and national mentality features, specifies the models and general rules of individual execution behaviour, and analyzes the condition of modern native execution culture and the foundations of its formation.
