Abstract. The authors consider Internet as the medium of youth - the most involved in World Wide Web social group - social initiatives implementation, and show that social activity in Internet basing on the projects implementation using a variety of electronic communication platforms reflects the whole range of youth interests and appears as the result of youth self-organization.
