Abstract.
The author presents the integral image of A. Navoi created by Babur, concludes that this image is more realistic and objective as compared with those available in the modern publications of the related subject matter, shows that A. Navoi is represented not only as a poet, but as a multifaceted and extraordinary personality of his time with all the inherent advantages and disadvantages, also traces Babur's attitude to A. Navoi, and gives the estimation of his creativity.
