Abstract.
The author considers Stalingrad trade unions activity on their own material-technical basis restitution during the postwar revival of the national economy in the USSR, characterizes the main structural elements development of the material-technical basis of trade unions within Stalingrad and Stalingrad region during the period under consideration, and reveals the reasons that caused the underactive increase of trade unions material potential.
