Abstract.
The author presents the views of the Russian philosophers of the ХVIIIth century F. Prokopovich, V. Tatishchev and A. Kantemir, gives the analysis of their historical-philosophical ideas and philosophy object and essence reasoning, considers their attitude to the problem of cognition, the role of science and enlightenment, the struggle against superstitions that was especially topical for Russia, and researches their opinions on the questions of ethics and sociology.
