Abstract.
Basing on the archival documents and the materials of periodicals, introduces into scientific circulation for the first time, the author considers the history of the show trial on the case of the so-called counter-revolutionary subversive organization in Dargavskii collective farm of Ordzhonikidze district of North Ossetian ASSR, and analyzes the reasons that conditioned the choice of Dargavskii collective farm leaders for conducting open trial, the role of rural authority in the fabrication of the case and its consequences.
