Abstract.
The author studies the recruitment system of the variable flight personnel of the flying clubs of Association for Defence, Aviation and Chemical Building Assistance (ADACBA) during the last prewar years (1939 - June 22, 1941), covers and analyzes the system of students recruitment, researches the procedure for the dropout of applicants, the criteria for determining the suitability of candidates for training, also studies the question of recruitment system effectiveness, considers the main problems that arose during the process of students recruitment, and determines their reasons.
