Abstract.
The author discusses the correlation of two close notions - humanism and humanity, considers the content and forms of humanism, humanity as the ideal of humanism, as well as the forms of humanity manifestation, and comes to the conclusion that the most important forms of humanity manifestation are mercy and generosity.
