Abstract.
The authors cover the little-studied history of the post-war electrification in Ryazan' region by the example of the inter - collective farm construction of Kuz'minskoe hydroelectric power plant, and pay special attention to the real problems that arose in the course of the construction, the forms and methods of the resource-mobilization and organizational-political activity of the party and state bodies for their overcoming.
