Abstract.
The author considers the features of peculiar “nomadic” worldview formation among newly developed regions population, in particular among people living in Tyumen' North, researches the influence of climatic, social, cultural and spiritual foundations on the development of particular social strategies, specific to the population, and the origin of the special nomadic perception of the world that has no statutory foundation, and describes the phenomenon of “delayed life syndrome” typical of the northerners.
