Abstract.
The author analyzes the problem related to philosophical-methodological and world outlook reorientation, which occurred in modern science and is expressed primarily in the change of the most common ideas about the world; and considers the principles of the theory of noo sphere by V. I. Vernadskii as one of the theoretical-methodological bases of cognitive strategies formation in modern science.
