Abstract.
The author reveals the possible reasons and further scenarios of lawmaking activity activization in Russia, for the first time suggests the scheme of a federal law adoption procedure from the social-political point of view after resonance incidents in the Russian society, and in conclusion suggests the prognosis of the development of social and political interactions between the representatives of different social strata.
