Abstract.
The author considers the questions of political conflicts institutionalization (regulation) in the context of the research of its correlation with political reformation, as well as the possibility of resolving political conflicts via constitutional referendum, and suggests considering political reformation as a way to political conflicts institutionalization, and constitutional referendum - as an effective tool for the minimization of political conflicts level and political conflicts resolution.
