METHODOLOGICAL PROBLEMS OF EXTREMISM STUDY

Abstract.
The author considers methodology selection problem for extremism study in terms of social-philosophical analysis, distinguishes two possible paradigms, within which one can determine the main methodological principles of the social-philosophical analysis of extremism – classical (constructivism) and non-classical (postmodernism), – and asserts that they are complementary and provide an opportunity to develop new methods of extremism counteracting.
