Abstract. The legislations of Ukraine and Russia on liability for involving the minor in the commission of crimes contain similar and different theses. As a result of relevant norms comparison the author comes to the conclusion that Ukraine needs the introduction of a new section of the Criminal Code, the differentiation between involving a minor in the commission of crime and antisocial acts, and taking into account that the subject of these crimes is special. For Russia the introduction of liability for involving minors in gambling and for the minor use for begging is actual.
