Abstract.
The author researches the attribute of the legal entity’s property isolation, studies property isolation in civil law, the narrow and broad definitions of the attribute of the legal entity’s property isolation, analyzes the structure of the attribute of the legal entity’s property isolation, its legal significance, and as a result of the analysis, for the first time in the science of civil law, formulates the definition of the “attribute of the legal entity’s property isolation”.
