Abstract.
The author considers the problem of justice in the context of human rights. Currently, there is an improper equalization of human rights as the will of society and state guaranteeing him (her) a normal life with the rights of subjective arbitrariness, no matter who is trying to implement them in practice that gives rise to a contradictory system of “double standards”, which are often far removed from rationally fixed justice, and from elementary and usual legislation.
