Abstract.
The author analyzes the activity of Leningrad workers, who were mobilized to the Siberian village to conduct complete collectivization, to struggle with kulaks, to carry out the plan of grain procurements at the beginning of the 1930s, pays special attention to their social-cultural image, and analyzes the workers’ participation in the implementation of labour organization new forms in the village: pasture brigades and units creation, competition conduction, peasants training for kolkhoz leaders positions.
