Abstract.
The author researches the theoretical problems of other criminal-legal measures imposition as the criminal-legal consequences of the act prohibited by law, pays special attention to the absence of the formed theoretical conceptions of this group of measures, to the deficiency in their regulation in the domestic criminal legislation, which creates difficulties in law enforcement practice, and as a result of the research gives arguments for the development of the institution of other criminal-legal measures as the criminal-legal consequences of the act prohibited by law.
