Abstract.
The author considers the problem of the state regulation of economic entities activity by means of the implementation of certain activities licensing, basing on the analysis of the current licensing legislation norms and scientific positions studies the goals and objectives of licensing, pays particular attention to the interrelation of licensing goals with constitutional provisions, and simultaneously analyzes the main criteria, by which certain types of activities are subjected to licensing.
