REREADING HUIZINGA: GAME TECHNOLOGIES IN ARTISTIC SPACE OF THE XX th CENTURY

Abstract.
The author considers the basic ideas of the game conception of culture by J. Huizinga in the aspect of art criticism, describes the game methods of constructing artistic space, reveals the basic characteristics of the game text, puts forward a hypothesis about the dominant character of game technologies in the practice of contemporary art, and outlines the prospects of further research on the artistic picture of the world from the perspective of game paradigm.
