Abstract.
The authors set a goal to reveal the discursive features of musical thinking, consider musical thinking from the perspective of epistemology, and substantiate the falseness of separating scientific and artistic thinking at the level of the sphere of the subject’s cognitive activity in the interpretation of musical art as local rationality, which contributes to the further expansion of the sphere of epistemology by the field of art in order to study integration cognitive mechanisms that generate the development of culture as a whole.
