ETHICS CODE IN SOCIAL PHILOSOPHY CONTEXT

Abstract.
The author considers the problem of implementing ethics codes in the context of communicative rationality. In the situation, when the development and introduction of ethics codes are implemented irrelatively from social-cultural features, they are transformed into the source of sociality imitation, not having solid foundation. The solution of this contradiction is in the deviation from the classical understanding of ethics code as a source of narrative directions and the development of its new conception from the perspective of the communicative ontology of sociality.
