FREEDOM IN CONTEXT OF SOCIAL-PHILOSOPHICAL REFLECTION: ON PROBLEM STATEMENT

Abstract.
The article is devoted to the consideration of freedom phenomenon in the space of social-philosophical reflection. Considering the relations of the inter-dependent phenomena of freedom, sanity, responsibility, legality, justice, and manageability through the prism of social-philosophical reflection, the author comes to the fundamental distinction between the freedom of action and the freedom of will, which allows formulating the regulations of the priority consideration of these two kinds of freedom for the social-philosophical research.
