Abstract.
The article considers the problems of criminal-legal support of individualization means and trade secrets protection. The author comes to the conclusion about the necessity to consolidate the norms of crimes against trade secrets and individualization means in a separate article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation; and also states that the illegal copyright marks cannot be regarded as a crime against intellectual property; and considerable damage should not act as the constructive element of crimes against trade secrets and individualization means.
