CONFLICT ASPECTS OF DEMOBILIZED MILITARY MEN’S POSTWAR INCORPORATION IN RULING GROUPS OF SUBREGIONAL HIGH-RANKING FUNCTIONARIES

Abstract. The article considers various conflict manifestations of the process of demobilized military men’s incorporation and reincorporation into subregional high-ranking functionaries ranks during late Stalinism period. The reasons of conflicts escalation among high-ranking functionaries are seen in the use of military subculture elements in management practice. Attention is paid to the correlation between the postwar reincorporation and corruptive phenomena strengthening in the ruling groups of high-ranking functionaries.
