SOCIAL ALIENATION OF CHILDHOOD IN MODERN RUSSIA

Abstract.
The article describes the state of the Russian families, analyzes the features of children’s neglect and social orphanhood contributing to children’s social alienation, and reveals the essence of the notion “social alienation”. The author undertakes the attempt to reveal the basic underlying reasons of the phenomenon under study. This problem is not studied enough in sociology and requires further scientific researches.
