Abstract. The article describes the notion “the Irish culture politicization” as an ongoing process. The author considers the formation of new cultural trends as the outcome of this process, which completion was made by means of a new approach to language and history. As a result of the unique historical conditions study, in which the Irish culture politicization became a continuous process, the author comes to the conclusion that the completion of the politicization by the 1910s created conditions for the activation of people’s memory archetypes.
