COMPENSATED WITHDRAWALS OF FOREIGN INVESTORS’ PROPERTY (BY AMERICAN LEGISLATION EXAMPLE)

Abstract. In the article the authors consider the compensated withdrawals of foreign investors’ property by the example of the USA law. In the article materials the analysis of the large quantity of sources, little-known in native literature, including some international arbitrages cases, is presented. The subject touched upon by the authors provides a complex approach to the issues of property withdrawal methods study from the point of view of private international law.
