Abstract.
Image is considered through the system of subject and object interaction in gnoseological discourse; phenomenology tells about the experience of consciousness out of subject-object opposition in contrast to naturalistic scheme; image is constructed in the individual’s consciousness and is transferred to intersubjective field. The semiotic aspects of image expression are considered in the article. The most important gnoseological aspect of image is the interaction of Ego and Other and their communication.
