DEMOCRACY AND JUSTICE IN CONTEXT OF LIFE WORLD

Abstract. The article studies the notion of justice in the context of democracy and life world problem. The place of these two conceptions understanding in contemporary social and political philosophy is determined, and their connection and distinguishing features are analyzed. The understanding of politics as an activity covering all spheres of public life leads to the idea about democracy as a way of establishing those correspondences within individual spheres and between them.
