ACTIVITY OF NOVOSIBIRSK STATE ARBITRATION DURING GREAT PATRIOTIC WAR

Abstract.
The article considers the activity of Novosibirsk state arbitration during the Great Patriotic War. Basing on archival materials the author studies some aspects of arbitration work, the difficulties faced by its leadership, especially during the first months of the war. The wages and supply of the soviet law machinery and state arbitration workers are compared; and this comparison is not in favor of arbitration employees. The viewpoint of the chief arbitrator on the reasons of the situation is given.
