Abstract.
Azerbaijan and Germany notarial systems activity is considered and their comparative analysis is conducted in the article. The issues discussed at seminars for notary officers held both in Azerbaijan and Germany are touched upon. The author pays special attention to revealing benefits and shortcomings existing in the native system, and also to the necessity of foreign notarial systems experience adoption, particularly, Germany notarial system.
