CONCEPTION OF DISTRIBUTION CONTRACT IN MODERN LITERATURE AND OTHER SOURCES (PART TWO)

Abstract.
In the second part of the article the author analyzes the definition of the conception of distribution contract in literature and normative legal acts, considers the issues connected with the implementation of distribution activity in the sphere of the distribution of medicinal products, the legal regulation of medicinal products circulation at the international level. The paper investigates the existing viewpoints allowing distinguishing this contract construction from other entrepreneurial contracts.
