PROBLEMS OF SCENE EXAMINATION WITHIN THE TERRITORY OF THE KABARDINO-BALKAR REPUBLIC

Abstract. The article characterizes difficult moments arising while the scene examining in the Kabardino-Balkar Republic. The paper accentuated the issues of securing the safety of traces, the complexity of involving witnesses and also the problems of the description, packaging and subsequent confiscation of the traces of fire arms use. The author concludes that the appropriate professional qualification of the participants of the scene examination, the improvement of fixation systems and the application of modern materials are the guarantee of the successful examination of the scene.
