SIGMUND FREUD’S PHILOSOPHY IN SURREALISTIC ARTISTIC CREATIVITY OF THE XX-XXI CENTURIES

Abstract. The article considers surrealism as a trend of artistic culture, which had gone through the whole XX century, extended into the XXI century and became a life philosophy of several generations of artists. According to the author, surrealism owes Freudianism its “longevity”. The article reveals the community of the interests, viewpoints, methods and conclusions of Freudianism and surrealism of the XX-XXI centuries by the analysis of the artistic creativity of the surrealists of different centuries - Salvador Dalí and Victor Safonkin.
