Abstract.
The article is devoted to Mega-Machine as an ontological model of stability representing the world in the form of hierarchic structure, within which all the processes are strictly determined, clearly predictable and subordinated to a single will. Historically this model is the most popular one under the attempts to establish public order. The author indicates the connection of Mega-Machine with mechanical worldview, analyzes the shortcomings of the model under its long-term correlation with objective reality.
