“ISLAMIC STATE IN IRAQ”: IDEOLOGICAL PRINCIPLES AND REAL-LIFE PRIORITIES

Abstract. The article analyzes the basic elements of the ideology of the “Islamic State in Iraq”, its organs of government, staff, priority areas and results of activity, social essence. The paper identifies the transformation of guidelines, the dynamics of activity. The author concludes that in spite of former defeats the “Islamic State in Iraq” managed to keep its political-military potential.
