Abstract.
The problems of literary process development in North Ossetia in the context of the cultural policy of the second half of the 1960s - the first half of the 1980s are under study in the article. Special attention is drawn to the analysis of the priority directions of creative search, which became the objects of comprehension and reality reflection in the mentioned period. The author emphasizes the conditionality of the subject originality of literary creativity with political and ideological factors.
