Abstract.
In the article the process of the formation and activity of provincial economic meetings and arbitration commissions in Western Siberia at the beginning of the 1920s is analyzed. On the basis of archival materials their participation in the realization of the economic policy of the soviet power, in the solution of complicated economic problems connected with the transition to New Economic Policy is considered. Attention is paid to the necessity of studying the historical experience of the activity of economic meetings, arbitration commissions and its use in the modern practice of economic justice organization.
