Abstract.
In the article the legal status of the operator of multimodal transport is considered. The comparative analysis of the multimodal transport carrier and the operator of multimodal transport statuses is given, the main agreement as the basic foundation of the interaction of all associated carriers in multimodal transport is studied. The author grounds her own view of the legal position of the operator of multimodal transport.
