ROLE OF COMMUNITY ACCUSER IN REDUCTION OF NUMBER OF CONFLICT SITUATIONS IN SPHERE OF PUBLIC HEALTH IN THAILAND

Abstract.
In the article the analysis of the prerequisites of disputable issues emergence between a doctor and a patient and a strategy for the reduction of the number of statements of claims against doctors is given. The author makes three suggestions for jurisdiction in cases when a doctor is brought to trial: the development of the role of the community accuser of the peace in the sphere of medicine; the support of the professional community accuser, who has medicine expertise; the opportunity of medical court creation in the near future, which would be an ideal solution of the situation
