RIGHT-WING RADICALISM IN POLITICAL SYSTEM OF SWEDEN

Abstract. The article discusses the role of right-wing radical parties in the political system of modern Sweden. Main attention is paid to the history of the formation and development of “The Swedish Democrats” - the first right-wing radical party in the history of Sweden that achieved appreciable electoral success. The author concludes that “The Swedish Democrats”, despite the rise of popularity among the voters, at the present stage don’t play significant role in the formation of the domestic policy of the country, because they are in actual isolation within the framework of the existing political system.
