PROBLEM OF HUMAN IDENTITY IN SPACE OF ANTIUTOPIA

Abstract.
The article deals with the problem of human identity in the space of antiutopias as models of socio-political development of the XX-XXI centuries. The author studies the state of human identity in totalitarian and consumer societies. Special attention is paid to the confrontation of the mechanisms of social pressure and the personal liberty of an individual. The author comes to the conclusion that there is no universal strategy of human identity construction in societies described in antiutopias.
