Abstract. This article provides argumentation in favor of the conception of quantum-informational epiphenomenalism allowing a noncontroversial way of synthesizing four basic properties of consciousness within the framework of its phenomenon - secondariness, immateriality, subjectivity and activity. The ways of solving the psychophysical problem are traced, and contradiction between the free will of a person and the determinism of human behavior is removed at ontological level.
