Abstract.
The author of the article outlines the contours of new information reality, in which we are living, and the forms of its controlling influence on society. In information epoch to administer information is to govern society. New information resources and technologies developing beneath our eyes “with a wet sail” presuppose new administrative mechanisms and instruments.
